In Harvard Business Review stond een boeiend artikel over een verhuisbedrijf van oud-gedetineerden in de VS, waar een sterk ontwikkelde feedbackcultuur heerst. Interessant aan de casus is dat de aard van de feedback niet altijd even verfijnd is, hij voldoet lang niet altijd aan alle regeltjes die wij aan effectieve feedback hangen (bijvoorbeeld: ikboodschappen, uitleggen wat effect is...). Maar hij werkt wél. Met name omdat mensen de intenties van hun collega's vertrouwen en zelf ook uit zijn op feedback. Ze wíllen het horen. En dan werkt het. Interessant verhaal!
